Needles and adapters — Can be individually combined with the S-Monovette®
Needles are designed for use with the S-Monovette® and their optimised bevel design and glide minimizes patient discomfort during blood collection.
Each S-Monovette® needle and needle holder is a single unit, so no assembly is required prior to use and it cannot be disassembled after use.
Since needles, for use with the S-Monovette®, have an integral holder that can not be disassembled to prevent its reuse, this ensures a new and clean holder is available for every collection minimising the risk of injury that can occur through reuse.
In addition to the S-Monovette® needle, the Multifly® blood collection sets are also available for use with difficult and fragile veins. A special needle protection system is also available for use in combination with the needles.

Multi-adapters allow the S-Monovette® to be used with Luer systems (e.g. catheters, blood collection sets, etc.). The membrane adapter adapts any Luer fitting to the S-Monovette® needle.
