As part of our environmental accreditation, the building was built using hi-tech insulation materials. This includes upgraded insulation in the roof and external walls to minimise heat loss and maintain an even temperature throughout the year – good for both staff and stock! This is supplemented with two thermostatically controlled warm air heaters and destratification fans to dissipate the heat from the roof down into the working area. Additional mezzanine floors help to increase our storage area to accommodate over £1m of stock ready for next day deliver.
